Diana Weiss

Diana Weiss, 68, of Danville, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at Danville Health & Rehab in Danville.

Ms. Weiss was born June 23, 1950 in Queens, NY to parents William and Dorothy Linlithgo Fischer, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by son, Charles Weiss III of New York and daughter, Dawn (Jack) Godbey of Danville, KY. She also leaves behind five grandchildren, Chuckie Weiss, Ashley Weller, Krystle Weller, RayDale Ruth and Dalton B Ruth and five great-grandchildren. She was loved and her memory will be carried in our hearts forever. Private burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery, Stanford, KY.  

Come With Me
 

God saw she was getting tired
 and a cure was not to be..
 So He put His arms around her
  and whispered, “Come with Me.”

With tearful eyes we watched her suffer
and saw her fade away..

Although we loved her dearly
 we could not make her stay.

A golden heart stopped beating
 hard working hands to rest..
       God broke our hearts to prove to us
 he only takes the best.
