Sherry Russell

Sherry Russell, 70, of Danville, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 at her home.  She was born in Waco, Texas on October 16, 1948 to the late George and Zella Poole Prewitt. Sherry is survived by her loving husband, David Russell. 

Also surviving are two sons, David Russell, Jr. (Myrtie) of Monticello and Brian Russell of Danville; a daughter, Christina Russell; a sister, Brenda Davis (Lloyd) of Indiana; brother, Jimmy Tincher of Indiana; grandchildren: Marissa Smith, Brianna Walls Helton, and Cheyenne Hill; and great grandchildren: Addison Smith, Ryker Smith and Kyle Helton.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Danny Prewitt and a grandchild, Kyle Reid.

Funeral services 11AM Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hilldale Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2019 from 5-7PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Brian Russell, David Russell, and Jack Owens.
