Tammy Tamara Followell

Tammy Tamara Followell, 52, of Danville, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born in Muncie, Indiana on May 15, 1966 to the late Bruce C. and Donna Cox.

She was a homemaker, member of the FOE  in Junction City and a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church in Harrodsburg. 

Surviving are two daughters, Cassie Stevens of Perryville and Samantha Followell of Junction City; a brother, Bruce Cox (Kim) of Junction City; two sisters, Barbara Lewis (Dale) of Danville and Carol Lynn (Ronnie) of Junction City; and grandchildren, Desiree Phillips, Dakota Phillips, Alexa Stevens, Trinity Followell and Ariana King.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Bradley Scott Stevens.

Funeral services 11AM Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Odis Clark officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8PM Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the funeral home.
