Berdetta Trent

Berdetta Anderson Trent, 86, of Danville, passed away September 20, 2020 at her home. Berdetta was born in Garrard County to the late Edward and Ida Poynter Anderson. She is survived by her husband, Charles Trent. 

Berdetta retired from Modine Manufacturing and sold Avon for over 40 years. She loved to bowl, trips to Tennessee with her family and was a faithful member of Mitchellsburg Church of God. 

Berdetta is survived by her husband, one son, Charles Trent (Megan) of Stanford, one daughter, Bonnie Turner (Sam) of Danville, one sibling, Paire Yates of Danville, grandchildren, Shirley Lewis, Samantha Turner and Brooke Goodin, great grandchildren, Jaylan Letcher, Alivia Harris, Hailey Guest, Elaina Guest, Trenton Long and Maverick Goodin, great great grandchildren, Jayden Letcher, Jayce Letcher, Jaxson Letcher, Zari Letcher, Lyric Letcher, Kaycen Letcher and Braylon Guest and lots of special friends and nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, James Anderson, Virgil Anderson, Leslie Anderson, Bob Anderson, Mary Boyd and Shirley Hall and her twin brother, John Anderson. 

Funeral services will be 1pm Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Rev. Mel Young and Rev. Larry Moore officiating. Burial will be in Peck Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 25, 2020 from 5-8pm at the funeral home. 

Pallbearers will be Derrick Moore, Laithan Moore, Donovan Moore, Tyus Seymore, Tyler Trent and Rusty Anderson. 

Honorary pallbearers will be great grandchildren.
