Carol Girdler

Norma Carol Johnson Girdler, 89, of Boyle County, passed away Friday, November 22, 2024 at Landmark of Danville.  She was born on June 12, 1935 in Boyle County, KY to Marion and Eva (King) Roller.

She was a member of the Church of Christ and worked in retail sales at Goody's for many years.

Carol leaves behind daughter Vanasa Shearer of Parksville, KY; 2 sisters, Sheirely Engle of Danville, KY and Brenda Munday of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Jamie Johnson, Patrick Johnson, Kasey Johnson and Anthony Shearer; and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands James Johnson and Jessie Girdler, a son, Lenny Johnson; brother, Kenny Roller and sisters, Ranee Clarkson and Sue Bugg.

Private services will held.
