Connie Ruby Mullins

Connie Ruby Mullins, 94, of Danville, passed away August 21, 2025 at her home. She was born May 26, 1931 in Rockcastle County to the late Homer and Lydia Houk Livesay. Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Mullins, Jr. 

Connie was a homemaker and was of the Christian faith. She loved to garden and enjoyed working in her yard. Connie had a love for animals and adored her grandchildren. 

Surviving are two sons, Barry Mullins (Sherry) of Stanford and Geoffrey Mullins of Danville; a daughter, Vicki Mullins (Roger Blair) of Danville; grandchildren, David Mullins of Danville, Brian Mullins of Tompkinsville, and Nichole Mullins of Danville; and a sister, Pearl Burdette of Mt. Vernon. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings, Jack Livesay, Joe Livesay, Homer Livesay, Leroy Livesay, and Ruth Bell. 

Funeral services will be private at Danville Memorial Gardens.
