Connie Sargent

Connie Sargent, 76, of Danville, passed away June 21, 2025, at her home. She was born on September 26, 1948, to the late Bill and Helen Young Shockley. Connie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Cecil Allen Sargent. 

Connie was a hairdresser in Danville for many years. 

Connie is survived by a son, Richard Allen Sargent of Richmond; grandson, Zachary Zane Turpin; great-grandchild, Isaac Turpin; siblings, Deborah Osborne (Gregory) of London and Robert Shockley (Margaret) of Richmond. 

Connie was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Ann Sargent, and a brother, Dennis Shockley. 

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, June 26, 2025 in Bellevue Cemetery with Bro. Jonathan Grizzell officiating.
