David Senn, 68, of Danville passed away April 7, 2026, surrounded by love and support from his family and friends. He is survived by wife Carol Senn, who he walked hand-in-hand with for 34-years. More than just husband and wife, they were true soul mates; they were best friends who shared a lifetime of laughter, quiet moments, and a love that served as an anchor for them both. David’s warmth extended to his four-legged companions, Tigger and Nibbles, all of whom brought him immense joy and comfort over the years.
He is preceded in death by his parents Rose Fogle Senn and Lee Roy Senn.
He graduated from Eastern High School in Middletown, KY. David went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Horticulture from Western Kentucky University.
David started his career in Danville at Southern States and went on to own his own landscaping company. He continued his career with co-ownership of Carol’s Bridal with his wife, Carol Senn. He concluded his career at Caldwell Banker.
He is survived by his four siblings, Randall Senn (Lynda), Doug Senn (Vicki), Regina Dundon, and Phil Senn (Peggy). In addition, “Uncle Daisy” is survived by his three nieces Becky Fjordson (Michael), Amanda Senn Allen (Jordan), LaSha Bennett, and four nephews Robby Dundon (Madalyn), Stephen Dundon (Catie Mott), Michael Senn (Krista), and Matthew Senn (Sarah).
David’s legacy of love and friendship remains a guiding light for everyone fortunate enough to have known him. He will be profoundly missed, but never forgotten.
