Delsie Belcher

Delsie Belcher, 96, formerly of Danville, passed away February 20, 2021 at Baptist Health in Richmond, Kentucky. She was born on February 3, 1925 in Boyle County to the late Mack and Nora Christerson Clem. Delsie is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Belcher.

She was a homemaker and loved to can vegetables, garden, flowers and taking care of her family. 

She is survived by a son, Daniel Belcher of Knoxville, Tennessee, a sister, Ellen Galloway of Junction City, Kentucky, a daughter in law, Linda Belcher of Richmond, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Delsie is preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Dawson; sons, Danny and Dennis Belcher; brothers, Woodrow and Shelby Clem; sisters, Ola Mae Sinkhorn, Thelma Richardson, and Inez Kidd.

Funeral services will be 1pm Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Parksville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12-1pm on Sunday.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
