Derik Fortunato Obituary
Derik Slade Fortunato, 35, of Danville, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024 in Lexington. He was born on September 16, 1988 in Freehold, New Jersey to Kim Oliver Fortunato and the late Christopher Fortunato.
Derik is also survived by two sisters, Brianna Fortunato of Lexington and Rikki Fortunato of Danville.
Derik worked at Whistler's Car Wash and Applebee's at one time.
Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Carpenter officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until the time of the service.
