Eunice Rebecca “Becky” Jennewein

Eunice Rebecca “Becky” Jennewein, 92, passed away April 18, 2026 at Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods in Nicholasville, Kentucky. She was born on April 23, 1933 to the late Jack and Rose Fulkerson.

Surviving are two daughters, Tamela Rose Jennewein of Lexington and Cynthia Lynn Hartlage (Anthony) of Goshen; five grandchildren, Scott Daniel Yager (Kelly), Mark Alan Spurlin II, Ashley Elizabeth Spurlin   (Justin), Zachary Wayne Hartlage, and Chandler Anthony Hartlage (Ally); six great-grandchildren, Stella, Penny, Barrett, Cooper, Benjamin, Blakely, and Vivian and a brother, Calvin Fulkerson (Janie) of New Albany. 

Becky was preceded in death by her loving husband, Fred “Bud” Jennewein, five brothers and six sisters. 

A funeral mass will be held Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 12 Noon at Pax Christi 4001 Victoria Way Lexington, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 11am until 12 Noon. A 3pm burial will be held at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Rd Louisville, KY 40205. 

Pallbearers will be Anthony Hartlage, Scott Yager, Mark Spurlin II, Justin Trimble, Zachary Hartlage and Chandler Hartlage.

A special thank you to the wonderful staff of Bridgepointe at Ashgrove Woods for the excellent loving care for the past three years of Becky’s life. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Becky’s honor are preferred to your favorite charity of choice.
