Eva Rhodus

Eva Rhodus, 62, of Danville, passed away January 10, 2019 at Baptist Health in Lexington. She was born February 26, 1956 in Boyle County to the late Samuel and Gleneva Cross Smock. 

She was a nurse, working in healthcare for many years and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Moreland. 

Surviving is a son, Sam Rhodus (Carrie) of Lexington; two brothers: Edward Smock of Danville and Samuel Smock of Lincoln County; a sister, Julie Ann Smock of Lexington; and two grandchildren: Seth and Haley Rhodus. 

Funeral services 1PM Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. David Fralix officiating. Burial in Junction City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7PM Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the funeral home.
