Ira Moser

Ira Moser, 89, of Danville, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020 at Landmark of Danville. He was born February 10, 1931 in Lincoln County to the late Ira Thomas and Anna Moser. He is preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Moser.

He served our country proudly in the United States Navy. Ira was a faithful member of Centenary United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons; Randy Moser (Julie) and Barry Moser (Janet) both of Danville; four grandchildren: Matthew Moser, Holly Cook, Erin Miracle, and Maggie Moser, and great grandchildren, Ryan Moser, Jasen Moser, Bentley Miracle and Atlas Miracle.

Ira is preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Darlene Moser; a sister, Mildred King and brothers, Gentry, Morris and Lester Moser.

Funeral services 2pm, Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Morgan officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11am until service time. 

Pallbearers will be Matthew Moser, Chris Cook, Jeremy Miracle, Holly Cook, Erin Miracle and Maggie Moser.

Military honors will be performed and a funeral caisson procession to Bellevue Cemetery.
