John Carl Kurtz

John Carl Kurtz, 85, of Danville, passed away February 9, 2022 at his home. John was born on May 17, 1936 to the late Carl and Vinnie Kurtz. Surviving is his wife, Judy.

Along with his wife, John is survived a son, Johnny Kurtz (Sharon) of Naples, Florida; a daughter, Tonja Kurtz Hurt (Frank) of Indiana; a sister, Ellen Baumer (Bill); grandchildren, Melissa Hart, Dylan Kurtz, Johnny Kurtz and Brandon Kurtz.

John was preceded in death by a son, Mark Kurtz, sister, Betty Sarko; and granddaughter, Christy Hart Ross.

Graveside services with military honors will be 2:30pm on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
