Justin Blake Witt

Justin Blake Witt, 30, of Danville, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon. He was born in Hazard on February 18, 1992 to Gina Minor Witt and the late Robert Earl Witt. 

Justin always brought a smile to everyone’s face with his contagious smile that lit up a room. He loved the bright lights at the horse park, Louisville Mega Caverns and lights during Christmas. He also loved trips to the zoo, the aquarium, horse riding therapy, water therapy, and music.

Justin is survived by his mother, Gina Minor Witt (James Wilder Caudill); maternal grandparents, Harlis and Ellen Minor; maternal aunts, Cynthia Minor, Melissa Feltner (Robert), Victoria Gilreath (Jeff); paternal uncles John Linder (Lona), Ben Witt and paternal aunt Matilda Hubbard.

Justin was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Will and Mallie Witt; three uncles, Gary Beckley; Charlie Witt and Leon Hubbard and an aunt, Elvie Witt.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 with Pastor Chris Sale officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be Robert Feltner, Dylan Reynolds, Herbert Michael Caudill, James Wilder Caudill, Craig Caudill and Chris Breeden.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Harlis Minor, Luther Minor, Fred Minor and Kyle Minor.
