M. Stephen McCormick

M. Stephen McCormick ( July 22, 1956-October 5, 2023) passed away peacefully after a long illness. Steve was a resident of the VA Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio., a graduate of Lafayette High School and a disabled American veteran, who was proud to have served in the United States Army. 

He is preceded in death by his mother, Joanne R. McCormick and a twin sister, Sandra McElfresh.

His family wishes to thank the many treatment team members in Chillicothe who extended tireless and compassionate care for him.

A private family service will be Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions are preferred to American Red Cross or Wounded Warrior Project.
