Nancy Taliaferro Obituary

Nancy Taliaferro, 80, of Danville, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Ephraim McDowell Medical Center in Danville. She was born on September 5, 1941 in Ft. Thomas, KY to the late William and Clara Bush Taliaferro. Nancy retired from IBM as a Systems Engineer after many years.

She was an avid University of Kentucky fan. Nancy had a special love for animals, and animal rescue was very important to her.

Surviving are two sons, Rick Scott (Annette) of Somerset, KY, and David Scott of Illinois; a daughter, Clara B. Scott; five grandchildren, Amber Meece (Chris), Autumn Weigel (Stephen), David Scott, Taylor Scott, and Aaron Scott; three great-grandchildren, Rustin Weigel, Asher Meece, and Addy Meece.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
