Nyla Louise Harmon, 77, of Junction City, passed away November 12, 2025 in Lebanon, Kentucky. She was born on June 21, 1948 in Lincoln County to the late Oval “Punk” and Mary Durham Carman.
Nyla loved diamond art, hummingbirds and raccoons. She loved to read and her ice cold Pepsi. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving is a daughter, Anetha Caldwell (Kevin Plott) of Stanford; granddaughters, Carlee Ford (Tanner) of Harrodsburg and Gracee Caldwell of Stanford; great-grandchildren, Blakely, Brooks and Baylor Ford and Oneida Hamilton; a great-grandchild on the way, Boston Ford; and two sisters, Drayma Holmes of Lawrenceburg and Irma Hunt of Tennessee.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Kaye Rousey and her favorite dog, Tippy.
Funeral services will be 6pm Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Jr. Fields officiating. Visitation will be from 4pm until service time on Tuesday.
