Patricia Lockhart

Patricia Lockhart, 86, of Boyle County, KY passed away June 3, 2025 at her home. She was born on April 30, 1939 on Burger Knob in Boyle County to the late Carmi and Marie Knupp Lockhart.

Patricia graduated from Junction City High School and Eastern Kentucky University.  She retired as a nurse, working for Dr. Sam Reed and Dr. Steve Green for many years.

Patricia loved perennial flowers and working in her flower beds. Later in life, she enjoyed traveling with her sisters, Priscilla and Sandy. She was baptized at Pearl Harbor, something she held very dear to her heart.

Surviving are two daughters, Lynn Pittman and Cheryl Tipton, both of Perryville; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by two sons,  Scott and Jeff Pittman; siblings, Priscilla Lockhart Burdette, John R. Lockhart, and Sandra Kay King; and her dog, Ceili, whom she loved dearly.

Funeral service will be 7PM on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5pm until service time on Sunday, June 8, 2025.

Private family burial will be in Lockhart Mountain Family Cemetery.
