Peggy Burgess

Peggy Jane Burgess, 77, of Danville, passed away September 12, 2019 at her home. She was born on April 27, 1942 in Dickson, Tennessee to the late Elbert and Lela Mae Hamilton Burgess. 

She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.

Surviving is a daughter, Robin Burgess Hoover (Ricky) of Danville; a grandson, Adam Burgess (Nancy) of Forkland; sister, Wilma Gibson of Danville; and great-grandchildren, Justin, Kean, and Kiowa Burgess.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Jane Renee Orcutt. 

Funeral services 11AM Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home. Burial in Junction City Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, September 16, 2019 from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
