Rita Vickrey

Rita Preston Vickrey, 65, of Lebanon, formerly of Danville, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Springfield Nursing and Rehab in Springfield, KY. 

Surviving are two sons, Lewis Vickrey and Chris Vickrey, both of Lebanon; brothers, Eugene Preston (Kathy) of Danville and Mike Preston (Jill) of Danville and grandchildren, Colton Massey, CJ Mattingly, and Brianna Williams. 
 

Rita was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Charles “Stevie” Preston and a sister, Georgia York. 

Funeral services will be 1pm on Friday, September 19, 2025 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11am until service time on Friday.
