Roger Dale Allen

Roger Dale Allen, 74, of Danville, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at his home. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Juanita Allen. Roger was born in Garrard County, Kentucky on August 9, 1949 to the late Ernest Samuel and Ada Shearer Allen. 

Roger drove a truck for Penske for many years. He loved wrestling and car racing.

Along with his wife, he is also survived by a daughter, Stacey Allen Moore; three grandchildren, Bethanie Richmond, Haley Allen and Elijah Byrd; a great granddaughter, Olivia Richmond.

Roger was preceded in death by a son, Samuel Keeton Allen; a brother, Delbert Allen, three sisters, Shirley Cooley, Mary Middlebrook and Bobbie Rice.

Private family services will be held.
