Roseanna Prokopec, 93, of Boyle County, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jim Prokopec. Roseanna was born on April 20, 1928 in Garrard County, KY to the late Elijah and Inez Hardwick Tuttle. 

She worked at Corning Glass for many years.

Surviving are two stepsons, Richard Prokopec(Saundie) of California, and Randy Prokopec(Cheryl) of Lexington; a daughter, Diane Cain of Texas; grandchildren, Chris Prokopec, Dana Cain, and Alana Cottrell; a great grandchild, Hinny Cottrell; and a cousin, Richard Ray of Danville. 

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, May 24, 2021 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Story officiating.

Visitation will be 10:00 am until service time.

Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery in Danville, KY.

Pallbearers are Richard Ray, Bobby Prokopec, Ambers(JuJu) Wilkinson, Malik Wilkinson, and Robert Rogers.
