Sonya Jane Wilson

Sonya Jane Wilson, 53, formerly of Boyle County, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in Milton, Florida. Sonya was born on June 17, 1966 to the late Raymond Mack and Rosetta Regina Carr Wilson. 

Sonya was of the Church of God faith and loved her two dogs, Sarah and Levi and her cat, Kiki. Sonya also enjoyed painting, pottery, ceramic and loved to read.

Sonya is survived by three sisters, Beth Wilson, Valerie Whiting and Kathy Vaught all of Danville; three nieces, Cayce Quinn of Danville, Molly Higgins of Murray, Kentucky and Aubree Hardin of Danville; and a beloved friend Trista Mynear of Danville.

Funeral service will be 5:00 PM on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Laura Finley officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Honorary pallbearers are Jennifer Renee Clark, Troy Tate, James Goodlett and James Dollins.
