William Ward Mingey

William Ward Mingey, 85, of Danville, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. He was born Poughkeepsie, New York on September 21, 1937 to the late Vincent and Muriel Bohrer Mingey.

William is survived by his wife, Bertha Mingey of Danville; two sons, Gary Mingey of Somerset and Todd Mingey (Missy) of Tennessee; a daughter-in-law, Lorna Mingey of Wilmore; eleven grandchildren; Toshia Mingey, Anthony Mingey, Tanner Mingey, Ashley Doolin, Sara Mingey, Burt Mingey, Jr., Christy Mingey, Seth Mingey, Michael Mingey, Nicole Mingey and Deanne Mingey and twelve great- grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 1:30 PM Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville, KY.

Pallbearers will be Gary Mingey, Todd Mingey, Anthony Mingey and Tanner Mingey.
